Cassidy Roberts Patton, LCSW
Clinical Director
Cassidy Roberts Patton returned to Millcreek of Pontotoc in May 2020 as clinical director. She has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Tennessee and more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field. Proverbs 20:5 talks about purpose, and Cassidy feels that her purpose is to help others.
In an interview about being a social worker, she said, “It’s hard to imagine that I have been a social worker [for] over 20 years. I have worked in multiple job settings, and over the years have seen many changes in the field of social work — and in myself. Through it all, I still enjoy and love social work; this is my calling. I learn new things about myself and about the world every single day, and I get the opportunity to watch people grow and learn, and, little by little, put their lives back together. In the end, what could be better than that?”
