Phase System Millcreek of Pontotoc utilizes a Phase System in the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) that is treatment-focused and based on the therapeutic goals and objectives individual patients are able to accomplish. Each patient is expected to accomplish several specific goals and objectives for completion of each phase. The goals fall along a continuum that is divided into four phases: Exploration Phase – “Why Am I Here?” Knowledge Phase – “What Can I Learn?” Motivation Phase – “How Can I Move Forward?” Achievement Phase – “Working To Be Successful!”
